This conference represents the largest gathering of Action Sports ministry leaders in the world and has become an international voice for those with a heart to reach the next generation. Nearly 98% of last year's participants stated that the conference helped them discern or inspired them to pursue a next step in reaching the next generation. Nearly 95% said they would attend again. Many new ministries will be birthed by the conference attendees and other ministries will be revived and refreshed with a new passion to share the Gospel. The future impact is profound.
An event like this requires a great deal of prayer coverage. Will you join those who have committed to pray regularly for the 2011 Skate & Action Sports Conference? Our goal is to have one or more leaders praying and fasting each day from now until Sunday, September 24, 2011, the closing day of conference events.
What we ask:
- Commit to pray regularly during the days leading up to the conference. Our prayers will be focused by weekly communications to make you aware of specific prayer needs.
- Enlist others on your team to join in this effort.
- (Optional) Consider fasting one or more days to enhance your prayer. This would involve skipping at least one meal on the day of your fast, and spending the time praying for God’s purposes to be fulfilled through the 2011 Skate & Action Sports Conference, requesting God’s protection and empowerment for the speakers, athletes and conference organizers, and grace to prepare the hearts of all those who will be in attendance, the new ministries that will be birthed, and for lost people to be found.
